Join the Fight Against Cancer as the McFarland High School DECA hosts their annual Black Out to Block Out Cancer football fundraiser benefitting the UW Health | Carbone Cancer Center in funding vital colon and pancreatic cancer research. The fundraiser occurs as the McFarland Spartans football team hosts Monroe.
